Abstract

Dr. Tanio is the Chief Medical Officer of JenCare, a network of neighborhood medical centers that provides care to seniors. JenCare has created a unique “one-stop” approach to preventive care and medical risk management that incorporates a spectrum of innovations ranging from on-site physician prescription dispensing to a customized electronic medical record designed for capitated practices.
Dr. Tanio’s Forum presentation will explore changes in the market that are promoting new models of care delivery and the principles that are common to these innovative models. Dr. Tanio will focus on high risk populations and ways in which deliver high quality care.
