Abstract

The Barker Hypothesis was presented by Stephen Snyder, Assistant Professor of Economics, Lehigh University, at the Health Policy Forum on May 14, 2008. Dr. Snyder examines the Barker Hypothesis which proposes an association between infant development and chronic disease, with a confounding variable of poverty.
