Abstract

Goals and Objectives:

• Briefly review hematologic cell lines and hematopoiesis
• Be aware of the non-specific presenting symptoms of hematological malignancies
• Understand the most appropriate initial work up when a hematological malignancy is suspected
• Recognize the great variety of known hematologic malignancies
• Better understand SPEP results
